I'm a Georgia REALTOR® with a passion for helping buyers, sellers, builders, and investors turn their real estate goals into successful results. My approach is centered around understanding each client's vision, creating a strategy, and providing knowledgeable guidance from the first conversation through closing.
As a New Construction Specialist, I work with builders and developers as an exclusive real estate representative, helping bring new construction projects from concept to closing. My experience includes assisting with builder listings, marketing new communities and spec homes, coordinating property launches, communicating with prospective buyers and buyer agents, managing showing activity and feedback, supporting contract-to-close coordination, and helping builders position their properties effectively in the marketplace.
I also work directly with sellers, helping prepare and position their homes for the market with a focus on presentation, marketing, exposure, and a smooth selling experience.
For real estate investors, I understand that purchasing property is about more than finding a house—it's about identifying opportunity. I specialize in working with investors looking for properties that align with their goals, whether they are building a portfolio, purchasing renovation projects, acquiring rental properties, or exploring new construction opportunities.
Outside of real estate, photography is one of my passions. My creative eye gives me a unique appreciation for presentation, design, architecture, and the details that can make a property stand out. I bring that same attention to detail to the way I serve and market for my clients.
